rfid>Conveyor Tunnel is designed for scanning products automatically with a RFID integrated system in a pick, pack and ship pharmaceutical environment. The conveyor combines both HF and UHF frequencies for optimal performance of reading RFID tagged products in a conveyable shipping container or tote.

RFID tagged products are placed in a tote from the user’s system generated pick ticket. Then each tote is scanned while passing through the HF/UHF tunnel The display monitor allows the tote accuracy to be monitored and compared with a pick ticket. If the items inside the tote match with the original pick ticket, the tote continues on the conveyor to the shipping dock. If the products in tote do not match 100% with the original pick ticket, the tote is diverted for a second run or a quality control check.
